$55 million rebuild of full production facility for the entire Black Bay field. Location: MC 365A
Description: Facility Upgrades

Platform MC 365 is being converted to a gathering station with multiple sub-sea tie backs. This will entail major structural and piping modifications which will include removal of a 200 ton module, installation of a 900 ton production module, 600 ton compressor module and 70 ton methanol tank. This project will entail design and engineering of all modules, coordinating construction activities as well as all I&E activities and correspondence between the customer and the fabricator.

The Construction Managers review all safety procedures and regulations to ensure all safety procedures are followed. They review the welding qualifications and procedures. Ensure the use of proper material from vendor and traceability of all material. Monitor schedules and percent complete of fabrication. Ensure x-ray procedures are followed and maintain logistics. Construction Managers also ensure paint meets all specifications.

Description: Vessel Fabrication

Petro Construction Management will facilitate production needs for Eni and multiple partners in building multiple vessels to produce more flow. This will entail building multiple vessels of various thicknesses, coordinating all aspects of fabrication and correspondence between customer and fabricator.

The Construction Managers review all welding qualifications and procedure. Review all Q.A./Q.C. procedure of vendor. Ensure use of right material from vendor and traceability of all material. Check all dimensions prior to cutting and fitting of penetration. Ensure all internals are proper size and properly located. Monitor schedules and percent complete of fabrication. Ensure welding procedures are followed through out fabrication. Ensure X-Ray/UT procedures are followed. They also make sure paint meets all specifications.
