Black Bay Central Facility

Location: Black Bay field
Type: 3 six-pile & 1 four-pile single level steel structures
Elevation: (+)40 ft above sea level
Production: 5,000 BOPD with 50% water cut
$55 million rebuild of full production facility for the entire Black Bay field. Facility included separation, oil treating and dehydration; LACT; compression; gas dehydration; gas lift system; gas sales; produced water injection; 32 man quarters; and desanding & de-oiling hydrocyclones for 80,000 BWPD.
Petro Construction Management provided Construction Management, Procurement, Inspection for the demolition and Rebuild of the consolidated production facilities and pipelines.
